Believing in Green
The Initiatives of Change is committed to connect Hindus, Christians and Muslims in The Hague to the theme of sustainability.
The 'Believing in Green' initiative is being implemented by Initiatives of Change (IofC) on behalf of the municipality of The Hague. IofC is committed to connecting Hindus, Christians and Muslims to sustainability through their prayer houses in The Hague. Sustainability focuses on reducing energy consumption, more green around prayer houses, dealing with waste, and working on awareness and behavioral change for a more sustainable world. The municipality of The Hague supports organizations and companies from the same sector to work together in sustainability circles and to exchange experiences. Around twenty places of worship in The Hague are now actively involved.
